1. Qn: I have yet to recieve the registration email after payments.
Ans: Please check if the email was diverted into your spam/bulk/junk folder. Also, please note that if you
have made payment using an eCheck, you might have to wait up to 4 days for it to be cleared.

2. Qn: I cannot activate my game.
Ans: Make sure that your Internet connection is turned on and working. Also, make sure that your browser is NOT
set to 'Work Offline'. Your firewall should also be configured to allow the program to access the Internet.
3. Qn: I got an error message when starting the application:
"Unicode wrapper not found: unicows.dll".
Ans: This error occurs on certain computers with missing files or older operating systems(OS).
To solve the problem, try the following steps:
Step 1. Download the unicows file from Microsoft at this
link.
Step 2. Run the exe file and select a destination to extract the files.
(INSTALL DRIVE)/Program Files/Mobile Weapon/
or
(SYSTEM DRIVE)/Windows/System32
