sios_map3.jpg

“Ah, I remember how it was like when I was your age; young, energetic, eager to see the whole of Sios. 'Course, that's why you're here in the first place; I should know, it was the same reason for me. I'm getting on these days, but if there's one thing I've learned in all my years as a Captain, it's this; there's always something waiting to be discovered, there's always somewhere waiting to be visited, and at the end of the day, there's always a new brew in one of 'em Ports you'd want to toss back.” - Captain Christopher Cornbern, the Arcwhale Hunter

Clicking the “World Map” tab at the top of the Main Page leads to the Travel Page, which contains a map of Sios, as well as a list of destinations a Captain is able to Travel to. Currently, there are 8 Ports a Captain can travel to, and Captains in a Clan may also access the 3 Outposts.

The Travel option is unlocked when a Captain reaches Level 10.

Weekend Event:Trade Winds

The Weekend Event on the second weekend of every month is always the “Trade Winds” (Travel Fair) Event. During this particular Weekend Event, all AP costs from Travelling are reduced to a maximum of 5 AP per trip. Every second weekend of the month, there will be a travel fair weekend called ” Trade Winds”.

The Weapons & Parts Shops in the various Ports offer Weapons and Parts which cannot be found in other Ports; this means Captains usually need to Travel to these Ports to get the Weapons and Parts they need.

Because of this, the “Trade Winds” Event is the best time to do so, due to the reduced AP cost. Travelling to the various Ports for Weapons/Parts purchases during the “Trade Winds” Event can result in significant AP savings.

Ports

In these Ports, Captains may set out to Explore, do Battle with rival Captains based in the vicinity of the same Port, and find a spot to conduct some Mining. They may also find all their needs satisfied at the Shipyard and the Weapons & Parts Shop, keep an eye out for bargains at the Auctions and Resource Exchange, or relax and unwind at the Tavern

Azure Atoll

Named after the famous delicious fish located in the lagoons around Laguna Blue, Mahi Mahi is a small tranquil fishing village.
