Every Port has a Weapon & Part Shop, where a Captain may purchase new Weapons and Parts straight from the dealer. Shops in different Ports sell items unique to each Port, so you may have to travel between them to find what you need.
As a Captain increases in Level, he/she gains access to new, more powerful items.
A Captain may also sell any unwanted items back to the Shop; this has the same effect as the Recycle icon in the Hangar.
