You can configure your browser to make use of their proxy server for a faster connection.

Proxy settings: proxy.singnet.com.sg
Port: 8080

To configure the proxy settings:

For FireFox users can follow the instructions in the url:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Options+window+-+Advanced+panel#Connection_Settings_Dialog
For Internet Explorer users:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/135982

For users of other ISP, please check with your ISP support to enquire about their proxy settings.

Note: Setting the proxy might result in slower connections to other sites. You can simply delete and remove the proxy settings if you do not wish to use the proxy setting.

If you keep encountering problem of this nature:

The document contains no data.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection.

A temporary solution is to use a VPN/Tor to temporarily fix the issue.
