All skills are non class specific except Good Position,Strafe,Overload and Magnetic Mines.

How do I know whether my skills are activated?
Captains can only know via the combat replay.
Captains are to note that some skills have a chance to activate during combat.
Only Outmaneuver and Strafe has a 100% chance of triggering on defense.
Charge! has 100% chance of trigger on offense only.
Scatter Shot has 100% chance of trigger on both offense and defense.
Other skills may or may not activate during the combat.
